Functions:

1. Monitor the progress of AMTP implementation
2. Conduct AMTP mid-term and post-term evaluation
3. Mobilize PNAC members to conduct monitoring and evaluation of HIV-related programs, policies, and services within their agency mandates;
4. Coordinate, organize, and work in partnership with various stakeholders regarding the following:
   • Data Collection
   • Data Analysis
   • Research
   • Identify gaps in the national response
5. Strengthen the collaboration between government agencies and CSOs involved in the implementation of the national HIV and AIDS response and delivery of related services
