The Philippine National AIDS Council Secretariat Employees Association (PNACSEA) was recently granted a certificate of affiliation to the National DOH Employees Association (NADEA) during the latter’s 2nd National Convention held at the Manila Hotel on May 2 – 3, 2023.

NADEA officers include National President Dr. Loella Jeanne Lao, National Vice President Dr. Maria Rizza Lais, Chairperson of the National Board of Trustees Dr. Shirley Mosende, and NADEA Former President Mr. Fernando Depano.
