The PNAC in collaboration with its CSO members and development partners now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical Assistance for the Consultant-writer for the Development of the PNAC Communication Plan for the Human Rights Roadmap to Address Rights-Based Barriers to Accessing HIV and AIDS Services and Popularizing the National Advocacy Plan for the Information, Education, and Communication Committee.
